Return Policy – Kimlor Products
If you have purchased and received one or more of our Kimlor products (bedroom ensembles, window treatments, 180TC P/C bed linens, etc.) that has a manufacturing defect or is not the size or color you ordered, notify us within 30 days via e-mail at our Customer Service Desk or call us at 800 77MY BED (800-776-9233). We will then provide you with an RA (Return Authorization) and the instructions for returning the defective or incorrect merchandise… and have it repaired or replaced. The merchandise being returned is NOT to have been used or washed. Cost of shipping and handling in these cases will be absorbed by Bed Linens, Etc.
If your reason for requesting a replacement is other than manufacturing defects or shipment errors (You are not happy with the color or “hand feel” of the material, etc.) follow the same procedure as outlined above; notify us within 30 days via e-mail at our Customer Service Desk or call us at 800 77MY BED (800-776-9233). We will then provide you with an RA (Return Authorization) and the instructions for returning the original item/items that you ordered and replace it or them with your new selection. The merchandise being returned is NOT to have been used or washed. Cost of shipping and handling in these cases will be absorbed by YOU.
If you are unhappy with your Kimlor product/products and wish to return it/them for a refund; notify us within 30 days via e-mail at our Customer Service Desk or call us at 800 77MY BED (800-776-9233). We will then provide you with an RA (Return Authorization). The merchandise being returned is NOT to have been used or washed. Cost of shipping and handling in these cases will be absorbed by YOU. Upon receipt of the merchandise, your credit card will be credited with the merchandise cost less a 20% re-stocking fee.
